Fueling CAP Aircraft

Especially in the warmer weather, to prevent leakage of fuel in the hangar, when you are finished flying, please fuel the planes as follows:

• C-172 - Fill to bottom edge of neck
• C-182 - Fill to bottom edge of filler neck (64 gallons)
• C-206 - Fill to approx 1-inch from top
• GA-8 - Fill to black-mark on dip-stick (66 gallons)

Note that leaving the C-182 and the GA-8 less than full allows us more flexibility for the next mission.
